For the enjoyment of your staff, we provide an athletic facility on the B-1 level for the exclusive use of our Clients at 1200 Seventeenth Street and their employees.

This facility provides exercise equipment, men's and women's showers, complimentary towel service, and locker rooms. The exercise equipment is available for your use at all times.

Prior to facility use, we ask that you execute a corporate waiver which must be signed by your company as well as individual waivers signed by each of your employees who intend to use the facility. Click here to download these forms or contact your Property Manager. Once waivers are signed, and returned to the Building Liaison, your Kastle card will be authorized for access to the facility.
