A current Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be on file with our main office. The COI must:

1. List The John Akridge Management Company and 1200 17th Street Investors, LLC as additionally insured
2. Name The John Akridge Management Company as the Certificate Holder.

COIs must be submitted to our main office to the attention of your Property Manager or 601 13th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20005. You may be contacted by our third party vendor who manages the COI tracking process for Akridge via mail or e-mail. Please consult your Lease for further insurance details.
